Instead, items are produced, printed, and shipped by our third-party fulfillment partner, Printful. This allows for unique, made-to-order apparel with reduced waste and greater customization potential.
Because each item is individually produced, production times may vary depending on demand and fulfillment workload. Customers acknowledge that slight variations in production and shipping times are normal and expected in this business model.
3. Eligibility to Use the Website

8. Order Modifications and Cancellations
Due to the fast-processing nature of print-on-demand production, orders can only be modified or canceled within a short window after placement. Once production begins at Printful, changes are no longer possible.
Customers must contact support immediately if they need to request a modification. GSM Store cannot guarantee that changes will be applied if production has already started.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on GSM Store, including logos, product designs, images, text, and branding elements, is the intellectual property of GSM Store or its licensors. These materials are protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that your order details will be transmitted to Printful solely for the purpose of completing your purchase. This includes necessary personal information such as name, shipping address, and selected product details.
Printful operates independently from GSM Store, and while we manage customer service and overall store operations, the physical production process is handled by Printful. Any manufacturing delays, production issues, or fulfillment adjustments are subject to Printful’s operational procedures.
12. Production Time Disclaimer
Because each product is made to order, production time may vary depending on product type, design complexity, and current order volume. GSM Store provides estimated production timelines, but these are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Customers acknowledge that delays may occur during peak seasons, holidays, or due to unforeseen operational issues at Printful facilities. We are not responsible for delays outside of our direct control.
13. Shipping Risk and Transfer of Ownership
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. GSM Store is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages caused by carriers after shipment.
However, we will assist customers in tracking shipments and communicating with carriers when issues arise. Ownership of the product is transferred upon successful delivery to the provided shipping address.
14. Address Accuracy
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that shipping addresses are accurate and complete at the time of purchase. GSM Store is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
